Dental Coordinator

Are you an experienced dentist looking to work for one of Europe’s largest dental care companies? Now you have the opportunity to work as a DENTAL COORDINATOR with us (dentist with dental management function) at our clinic in Hornstull.

In addition to your individual base salary, you will receive an additional 5000 SEK full-time for the dental coordinator assignment.

Your Mission

We are looking for a dental coordinator who wants to develop our clinic and ensure high quality for both patients and staff. You will be part of the management team and work closely with the clinic manager on both daily and strategic issues. The role involves supporting dentists, acting as a dental sounding board, and driving quality and improvement work. You will handle patient complaints, analyze care deviations, and contribute to action plans.

The position combines clinical work with responsibility for competence development, mentoring colleagues and students, as well as structured documentation.

Your Background

We are looking for a licensed dentist with solid experience in all areas of general dental care. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, as is a professional approach towards both patients and colleagues. You are trustworthy, have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing, and maintain a high level of service. As a person, you are positive even in challenging situations, solution-oriented, and enjoy driving development work. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to collaborate and support others. Previous experience as a dental coordinator is an advantage.
